Operations Admin or Operations Lead

Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day office operations work, ensure efficiency.
  • Process procurement through local and overseas vendors (PO, payment, shipment, etc).
  • Process deliveries (DO, invoice, gst, etc).
  • Support daily operations of Technical team and Sales team.
  • Support tax related matters.
  • General Office and welfare matters.
  • Documents filing.
  • Daily tracking of order status, goods, documents
  • Introduce process improvement wherever necessary

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or something similar, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Relevant experience, at least 1 year.
  • Strong critical thinking.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point skill.
  • Ability to communicate in both oral and writing (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
  • A team player with exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
