Internal Sales Engineer

In the fast-paced world of Test & Measurement, precision is everything. Not just in our solution/product, but in how we support our customers. Haliatech, We are looking for dedicated Internal Sales Engineer and Assistant Internal Sales Engineer to join our “Engine Room”.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Support Field Sales team in achieving quarterly and annually sales target.
  2. Prepare formal technical quotations and accurately check proforma invoices, ensuring correct part numbers and up-to-date pricing.
  3. Maintain the sales funnel for partners and principals, generate weekly and monthly forecast reports.
  4. Manage vendor registration processes and prepare administrative documents for tenders or large projects.
  5. Track Purchase Orders (POs) from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  6. Review bill of materials (BOM) for technical accuracy before sending quotes to customers.
  7. Conduct initial technical screening of inbound inquiries to determine eligibility for Field Sales follow-up
  8. Serve as the internal point of contact for principals/partners regarding weekly meeting, stock availability, technical documentation, and deal registration.
  9. Provide customers with necessary technical datasheets, application notes, and calibration certificates.
  10. Prepare internal sales report based on CRM data and ensure all lead interactions and deal stages are updated.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  2. 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Sales Administration, preferably within the Test & Measurement or Industrial Automation industry
  3. Ability to read technical specifications and a basic understanding of measurement systems (e.g., DAQ, sensors, or power supplies).
  4. Strong command of Microsoft Excel for generating sales forecasts and funnel reports.
  5. Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills
  6. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work undertight deadlines.
