By collecting and analysing signals such as vibrations, Motor Current Signal Analysis (MCSA), temperature (thermal camera or various temperature sensors), Electromagnetic Signature Analysis (EMSA), developing faults and inefficiencies can be identified, and unplanned downtime can be avoided.

 

Haliatech Condition Monitoring System is based on CompactRIO. This rugged, industrial embedded computing hardware offers flexible I/O options and features, including integrated sensor measurements, analytics, data storage, alarms, and data visualization, all in a single tool.
