In the fast-paced world of Test & Measurement, precision is everything. Not just in our solution/product, but in how we support our customers. Haliatech, We are looking for dedicated Internal Sales Engineer and Assistant Internal Sales Engineer to join our “Engine Room”.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Support Internal Sales Engineer and Field Sales Engineer for documentation and administrative matters.
- Generate formal quotes, ensure all company templates and branding guidelines are correctly applied.
- Prepare administrative documents for vendor registration, tenders or large projects.
- Record sales lead and customer data into CRM application and always ensure data accuracy.
- Manage digital and physical copies of contracts, POs, and other Sales documentation for audit and finance purposes.
- Assist Internal Sales Engineer in the preparation of periodic reports (e.g., weekly sales report, partner funnel reports, and forecast reports)
Requirements :
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in any field (Technical field is preferred, such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical)
- 1–2 years of experience, Fresh Graduate with a strong attention to detail are welcome.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented person, with ability to manage a high volume of documents and prioritize which quotes or registrations are most urgent.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a good command of written English.
Applicants must be results-oriented, customer-focused and be able to work both independently and in a team; possess good initiative and can-do attitude; as well as good interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills
