In a rapidly evolving industrial landscape, how does a brand stay ahead of the curve?

Haliatech, we are looking for a Marketing Communication staff who can navigate the ‘hype’ and turn it into a high-growth reality.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to generate high-quality leads.
2. Work with Partner Marketing team to align initiatives with company business objectives
3. Manage the end-to-end logistics for exhibitions, industry seminars, and Haliatech Roadshows, ensuring a professional brand presence.
4. Oversee the company’s digital footprint, including website updates, LinkedIn advertising, and SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
5. Track and score inbound leads from all sources (website, events, social media) and ensure a smooth handover to the Sales Department.
6. Build and maintain relationships with Haliatech partner, industry associations and university engineering faculties for joint events and brand positioning.
7. Monitor Regional Industrial Roadmaps and competitor activities to adjust Haliatech’s marketing message accordingly.
8. Schedule and promote the technical content (white papers, videos, brochures) created by the Technical Marketing and Applications Engineer to maximize reach and engagement.
9. Manage the marketing budget and provide monthly reports on the cost-per-lead and the effectiveness of different marketing channels.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or Engineering with Marketing Communications Experience.
2. 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, engineering, or industrial sectors. Fresh graduates with strong academic experience are welcome to apply.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, or similar).
4. Excellent project management skills
5. Exceptional copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
6. Comfortable reaching out to partners, principals, and industry leaders to help build and expand Haliatech’s ecosystem.
