
We are currently seeking highly motivated and professionally qualified individual to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations based on existing sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Handle administrative documents related to vendor and tender registrations.
- Record and regularly report booking data and customer visit activities.
- Maintain and update customer contact details in the Odoo CRM system.
- Monitor, update, and ensure accuracy of product data on e-commerce platforms (E-catalog & Tokopedia).
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales processes.
- Update the sales funnel and prepare sales forecasts for partners.
- Provide input to support product development from a commercial perspective.
- Ensure strong alignment and coordination between the sales team and other departments to support smooth business operations.
- Support field sales in pursuing and winning business opportunities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pre-requisites
1. Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in IT/Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical).
2. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across departments.
3. Proven experience in handling administrative documents and sales support processes.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Odoo).
