We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professionally qualified individual to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer to support system integration, simulation, and application engineering activities related to industrial automation, Test & Measurement, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions.
Job Description:
- Support system integration projects for Test & Measurement systems, Industrial IoT (IIoT), and simulation/virtual instrumentation (including Abaqus-related simulation).
- Assist Application Engineering (AE) activities including system configuration, validation, and technical support.
- Design and integrate mechanical setups such as fixtures, jigs, enclosures, and special-purpose machines for system integration projects.
- Assist in prototype development, Proof of Concept (PoC), installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including software, electrical, automation, and system engineers.
- Prepare basic technical documentation, reports, and mechanical drawings.
- Report directly to the Engineering Manager / Project Lead.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in system integration, simulation, and application engineering.
- Basic programming knowledge (LabVIEW / graphical programming or Python).
- Proficient in mechanical CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, sensors, actuators, motors, and basic instrumentation.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Willing to travel for project and site work.
- Experience or knowledge in simulation tools (Abaqus, Ansys), Test & Measurement systems, or machine vibration monitoring will be an advantage.
